1. 빗썸 상장을 대가로 한 비용 요구에 주의하십시오

- 빗썸은 상장을 대가로 하는 일체의 비용을 요구하지 않습니다.

빗썸의 상장 프로세스는 홈페이지에 투명하게 공개하고 있으며, 상장을 위한 문의 채널은 오로지 listing@bithumbcorp.com 으로만 진행하고 있습니다. 

(별도 이메일, SNS 채널이나 외부인, 외부법인 등을 통한 상장을 진행하지 않습니다.)

또한, 빗썸 상장 접수 이후 심사가 실제로 진행되기 전에는 별도의 이메일로 참조(Cc.) 하거나 직원 개인 이메일을 공개하지 않으니, 참고하시기 바랍니다.

2. 빗썸 임직원을 사칭한 비용 요구에 주의하십시오

- 빗썸 임직원을 사칭하여 비용을 요구하는 사기 사례들이 발생하고 있습니다. 빗썸은 상장과 투자유의, 거래지원 종료 등 일체의 미공개 내부 정보를 임직원을 통해 외부에 제공하지 않으며, 엄격한 내부 통제 프로세스로 관리 감독하고 있습니다. ​이에 만약, 임직원을 사칭하여 접근하거나 대가를 요구하는 경우 주의하시고 당사 고객센터나 수사기관에 신고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

3. 빗썸 사칭 이메일 및 문자(SMS) 주의하십시오.

​- 빗썸 대표번호 1661-5566으로 발신되지 않은 문자메시지는 모두 사칭 문자입니다. 

또한 빗썸은 이메일을 통한 첨부 파일 전송을 하지 않으며, 이메일 및 문자 메시지를 통해 어떠한 개인정보도 요구하지 않습니다.

4. 빗썸 피싱 사이트 주의하십시오.

​- 이메일이나 문자를 통해 전송받은 빗썸 URL을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 빗썸 공식 URL은 https://bithumb.com 과 https://m.bithumb.com 을 사용하고 있으니, 빗썸 접속 시 반드시 URL을 확인하시거나 빗썸 공식 APP을 사용해 주시기 바랍니다.

기타 관련 피해 신고나 문의는 빗썸 고객센터 1661-5566 를 이용해 주십시오.

Various financial scam attempts that impersonate Bithumb and Bithumb employees have been discovered. In order to prevent any possible damage, we would like to request for your attention on this matter.

1. Beware of monetary compensation request in return for listing on Bithumb

- Bithumb does not require any fees in exchange for listing.

The listing process is transparently published on Bithumb.com, and it is only proceeded through the inquiry channel for listing at listing@bithumbcorp.com.

(Bithumb does not proceed listing using other Email addresses, SNS channels or through any external personnel or corporations.)

In addition, please note that Bithumb does not add any Email address to carbon copy(Cc.) or disclose employee's personal Email before Bithumb proceeds the listing examination with the application documents.

2. Beware of monetary compensation requested by impersonated Bithumb employees

- There are cases of scams requesting for monetary compensation made by impersonated Bithumb employees. 

Disclosed internal information such as listing, investment warning designation and end of transaction support, is managed and supervised under strict internal control process. Bithumb does not reveal any related information to the outside through any individual employees. ​For this reason, please be aware of the situation and report it to Bithumb’s customer center or investigative institutions if you are approached and requested for fees by anyone impersonating Bithumb employees.

3. Beware of impersonated Bithumb Emails and text messages(SMS)

​- All text messages that are not sent from Bithumb’s representative number 1661-5566 are phishing messages.

In addition, Bithumb does not send any attachments through Email, as well as require any personal information through Emails and text messages.

4. Beware of phishing sites impersonating Bithumb.com

​- Please confirm the URL of Bithumb.com sent through emails or text messages. The URLs of Bithumb's official website are https://bithumb.com and https://m.bithumb.com. Please make sure to confirm the URL when visiting Bithumb or use Bithumb’s official APP.
