최근 빗썸 상장과 관련된 악성 루머와 사칭 및 사기 사례가 급증하고 있습니다.

이에 아래와 같이 상장 절차에 대한 안내 및 주의사항을 공지 드리오니 피해가 발생하지 않도록 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.



[ 상장 협의 절차 안내 ]

■  빗썸은 거래지원 시스템(https://listing.bithumb.com)을 통해서만 상장 신청 및 협의를 진행하며, 텔레그램, 링크드인 등 SNS 채널을 통해 상장 협의를 진행하지 않으며, 특정 구글 폼을 통한 정보 작성을 요구하지 않습니다. 또한, 모든 상장 과정은 MNDA(Mutual Non Disclosure agreement)로 비밀 유지하며 상장 관련하여 구체적인 일정 및 진행 상황 등에 대한 정보는 투자자 보호를 위하여 재단과 공유하지 않고 있습니다.

상기 이메일이 아닌 각종 SNS, 카카오톡, 텔레그램 등으로 스스로를 빗썸 임직원 또는 관계자라 칭하며 상장협의를 시도하는 경우가 있다면 반드시 빗썸 거래지원 시스템(https://listing.bithumb.com) 또는 제보 채널(whistle@bithumbcorp.com)을 통해 사실 확인을 부탁드립니다.

또한 기술적으로 당사의 메일 주소를 위조하여 상장 제의를 시도하는 경우가 있으니, 빗썸 이메일 계정(listing@bithumbcorp.com)으로부터 메일을 받은 경우에도 수신 이메일 주소에 특수문자 및 기호가 포함되어있거나 메일 경고 문구가 표시되는 경우에는 당사의 메일 주소를 위조하여 상장 제의를 시도하는 메일이오니 반드시 확인해주시기 바랍니다. 

발신자가 빗썸이 맞는지에 대한 진위 여부가 의심스러울 경우 제안 받은 메일주소로의 회신이 아닌 빗썸 거래지원 시스템(https://listing.bithumb.com) 또는 제보 채널(whistle@bithumbcorp.com)을 통해 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.  

더불어 메일서버등록제(SPF)을 통하여 수신된 이메일에 대해 메일 발송IP(도메인)를 비교, 확인 및 차단이 가능하오니, 보다 안전한 커뮤니케이션 진행을 위해 메일 서버에 설정을 부탁드립니다. (SPF 설정 안내 페이지 바로가기)

■ 빗썸은 일명 ‘상장피’라고 불리우는 상장 비용을 일체 요구하지 않습니다.

빗썸은 보안감사나 보증금 등 어떠한 명목으로도 상장피를 요구하지 않으며, 상장 비용이나 상장피에 대한 소문은 모두 사실이 아닙니다.

마케팅은 재단이 요청한 경우에 한하여 가상자산을 전달받고 전량 투명하게 마케팅 용도로만 사용하고 있습니다.

빗썸은 상장 비용과 관련한 억측이나 근거 없는 비방에 대해 적극 대응할 예정입니다.

■ 정식 상장 절차가 아닌 비정상적(상장 컨설팅, 브로커 등)인 절차가 확인된 경우 상장에 불이익이 있을 수 있으며, 비공식 채널을 통한 상장 협의로 피해를 입지 않도록 주의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

■  빗썸을 사칭하여 상장 비용, 마케팅 명목 등으로 가상자산이나 대가의 지급을 요구받는 경우 반드시 빗썸 공식 이메일(whistle@bithumbcorp.com)을 통하여 확인 및 제보하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[ 상장 관련 대표적 사기 유형 ]

Recently, malicious rumors related to the listing on Bithumb and the cases of impersonation and fraud are increasing rapidly.

Therefore, we will notify you of the instructions and precautions for the listing process as follows, so please be careful not to cause any damage.

[Guidance on the Procedures for Listing Consultation]

■ Bithumb proceeds to receive listing applications and consultations only through the Bithumb listing system (https://listing.bithumb.com), and does not conduct listing discussions via Social networking channels such as Telegram and LinkedIn. Also, Bithumb does not request for information though specific Google forms. All listing processes are kept confidential under MNDA(Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement) and information on specific schedules and progress related to listing are not shared with the Foundation for investor protection.

If you are contacted to discuss on listing by anyone referring to him/herself as Bithumb executives or officials through various SNS, KakaoTalk, Telegram, etc., please check the facts through Bithumb's official email(whistle@bithumbcorp.com) or listing system(https://listing.bithumb.com). 

In addition, technically, there are cases where a listing offer is attempted by forging our e-mail address. If the receiving e-mail address contains special characters and symbols or if an e-mail warning message is displayed, please check the e-mail as it is an e-mail that attempts to make a listing offer by forging our e-mail address. 

If the sender is in doubt as to the authenticity of Bithumb Korea, please check the email through Bithumb's official email(whistle@bithumbcorp.com) or listing system(https://listing.bithumb.com) directly to the recipient rather than replying to the email address provided.

In addition, please set Sender Policy Framework(SPF) for safety communication as you can compare/check/block the IP of dispatched email (Domain). (Shortcut for the guidance of SPF setting)

■ Bithumb does not require any fees for listing, which is also called ‘Listing Fee’.

Bithumb does not require a listing fee for any reason, such as security audits or deposits, and rumors of listing fees or listing costs are not true.

In case of marketing, digital assets are delivered only when requested by the foundation, and all of them are transparently used for marketing purposes.

Bithumb will actively respond to speculation or groundless slander regarding the listing cost.

If you are requested to pay digital assets for listing cost or marketing purposes under the impersonation of Bithumb, please check the official Bithumb email (whistle@bithumbcorp.com).

■ If abnormal procedures (listing consulting, broker, etc.) are confirmed that are not formal listing procedures, there may be a disadvantage for listing, and please be aware not to be damaged from listing consultations through informal channels.

[Representative types of fraud related to listing]
■ The digital asset which is based on the real-economy, is developed in collaboration with the conglomerate. The foundation also has been funded by the conglomerate and it will be listed on Bithumb exchange on 00th, 00. ■ “Bithumb listing of OOO digital assets is in progress. We had a related meeting today. The listing schedule will be finalized at 00.” ■ It is scheduled to be listed on Bithumb on 00th, 00 and the principal will be returned with interest in 00 weeks. ■ “This listing information is the confidential information received by one of the board members, OOO, who is in charge of the listing on Bithumb. ■ “ OOO, the digital asset which has won on Bithumb’s BTC open round, will be listed on KRW market within this week.” ■ “Will be listed on Bithumb soon. This is your last chance to repurchase it at a price under 000 KRW. The listing pumping is just around the corner.” ■ “Listed on OOO in order to be listed on Bithumb. Please buy the coin on OOO exchange until we give you the sign.” ■ “Will have the initial listing on Bithumb and the listing price is fixed to be 000 KRW. The last token sale will be held just for the members in this room so please do not miss out on the great opportunity to make a profit!” ■ “The listing schedule has been discussed with Bithumb’s board member OOO. We cannot share the specific timeline but will be listed within 00 month. Please check the attached Bithumb’s agreements for the proof.
