빗썸은 투자자 보호를 위한 상장 정책의 일환으로 상장된 가상자산에 대한 지속적인 모니터링 및 감독을 시행해 오고 있으며 
투자자 보호를 위한 [빗썸 가상자산 투자유의종목 지정 정책] 항목이 2021년 3월 12일 15시 부로 다음과 같이 개정되어 관련 내용을 안내드립니다.

[개정된 투자유의종목 지정 정책 다운로드]


■ 개정사유
   기존 지정 정책에서 규정 신설 및 개정

■ 개정 항목
ㆍ제 3호: ‘가상자산이 정부 기관의 규제 및 법령에 위배될 경우’ 추가
ㆍ제 4호: ‘가상자산의 시세에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사항을 의도적 은폐’ 추가
ㆍ제 9호: ‘재단의 급격한 사업적 변동으로 인해 해당 가상자산의 시세에 영향을 주는 경우’ 추가
ㆍ제 10호: ‘또는 상기 각 항목 사유와 유사할 경우’ 추가

또한 [가상자산 투자유의종목 지정 정책]에 따라 아래와 같이 거래지원 종료를 공지합니다.

■ 거래지원 종료 종목 및 사유
ㆍ대시(DASH), 피벡스(PIVX), 제트캐시(ZEC)
빗썸은 개정 특정금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률(이하 특정금융정보법)이 3월 25일부로 시행 예정됨에 따라, 익명성이 높은 가상자산의 규제를 준수하며 해당 가상자산에 대하여 거래지원 종료를 결정합니다. [이전 투자유의종목 지정 안내]


■ 거래지원 종료 일정
ㆍ거래(매수/매도) 종료 일시 : 2021. 03. 24(수) 15시 예정
ㆍ출금지원 종료 일시 : 2021. 04. 21(수) 15시 예정

※ 본 일정은 내부 사정에 의해 변경될 수 있습니다.
※ 거래지원 종료가 결정된 가상자산은 향후 거래서비스 이용 및 기술지원이 어려울 수 있으니, 아래 유의사항을 확인 부탁드립니다.
ㆍ거래지원 종료 가상자산의 빗썸캐시 결제 및 SMS 송금 서비스는 공지일(2021년 3월 12일) 15시 이후부터 지원하지 않습니다.
ㆍ거래지원 종료 시 해당 가상자산의 API 거래지원이 중단되며, 미체결된 모든 주문은 일괄 취소됩니다.
ㆍ출금지원 종료 시점 이전까지 해당 가상자산의 출금을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다. 출금지원 종료 시점(2021년 4월 21일 15시 이전)까지 가상자산의 출금이 지원되며 해당 프로젝트의 기술적 지원(메인넷, 에어드랍 등)은 중단됩니다.
※ 거래지원 종료된 가상자산에 대한 자세한 문의(거래 서비스 지원하는 타 거래소, 출금 방법 등)는 해당 가상자산의 재단 공식 홈페이지를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

Bithumb has been conducting continuous monitoring and supervision of listed digital assets as part of its listing policy to protect investors. 
And we would like to inform you that the items of [Bithumb Investment Warning Policy] has been revised as follows from 15:00 on March 12, 2021

   Creating and revising regulations from existing policies

■ Revised Items
ㆍ#3 : Added ‘the digital asset is in violation of government regulations and law’
ㆍ#4 : Added ‘the Project concealed matters that may negatively affect the market price'
ㆍ#9 : Added 'It is determined that the investors’ protection is necessary due to the drastic business change of the foundation that affects the market price of the digital asset'
ㆍ#10 : Added 'or if the reason for each item above is similar'

Also, Bithumb has decided to end transaction support according to the [Bithumb Investment Warning Policy].
Please see below for the details.

■ End of Transaction Support and Reasons
ㆍDash(DASH), PIVX(PIVX), Zcash(ZEC)
Bithumb complies with the regulations on digital assets with high anonymity as the revised Act on the Reporting and Use of Specific Financial Transaction Information (hereinafter referred to as the Specific Financial Information Act) is scheduled to take effect on March 25. Therefore, Bithumb decided to end the transaction support for the according digital assets.

■ End of Transaction Support Schedule
ㆍDate of Ending Transaction(Buy/Sell) : 2021. 03. 24(Wed) 15:00 (KST)
ㆍDate of Ending Withdrawal Service : 2021. 04. 21(Wed) 15:00 (KST)


※ This schedule may be subject to change due to internal circumstances.
※ It would be difficult to use the transaction service and technical support for the digital asset, which has been decided to end the transaction support. Therefore, please refer to the following information :
ㆍBithumb Cash payment and SMS remittance service of the end of transaction support digital asset will not be supported after 15:00 (KST) on March 12, 2021.
ㆍAt the end date of transaction(Buy/Sell), API transaction support of the corresponding digital asset will be discontinued and all open orders will be canceled collectively.
ㆍPlease complete withdrawal of the relevant digital asset before the end date of withdrawal support. The withdrawal service will be available until the withdrawal end date (Before 15:00 (KST), April 21, 2021) while the technical support of the project (mainnet, airdrop, etc.) will be stopped immediately.
