빗썸은 투자자 보호를 위한 상장 정책의 일환으로 상장된 가상자산에 대한 지속적인 모니터링 및 감독을 시행해 오고 있습니다.
[가상자산 투자유의종목 지정 정책]에 따라 아래와 같이 투자유의종목 신규 지정 및 거래지원 종료를 공지합니다.

■ 투자유의종목 신규 지정 및 거래지원 종료 사유 (투자유의종목 지정 정책)

- 투자유의종목 신규 지정
ㆍ아픽스(APIX)
재단의 개발 및 사업 현황을 확인하기 어렵고 이전 투자유의종목 지정시 제출된 소명 일부 미이행 및 커뮤니케이션 채널 관리 미흡 등으로 인해 투자자 보호를 위한 방안을 재단과 확인 중입니다.

- 거래지원 종료
ㆍ넴(XEM)
재단이 제시한 소명자료만으로는 현재 재단의 객관적인 사업 진행 내역이 확인되지 않습니다. 또한 투자유의 지정 사유에 대한 재단의 해명 및 향후 개선안 등이 불충분하고, 자사 내 거래 유동성 부족 등 자사 상장 유지 기준에 부합하지 않아 거래지원 종료를 결정합니다.

ㆍ입금 중지 시점: 2022. 04. 22 (금) 16시 예정
ㆍ지정 연장, 해제 / 거래지원 종료 공지 일정: 5월 3주차 (5/16 ~ 5/20 중)

- 거래지원 종료 일정
ㆍ거래(매수/매도) 종료 일시: 2022. 05. 09 (월) 15시 예정
ㆍ출금지원 종료 일시: 2022. 06. 07 (화) 15시 예정


※ 본 일정은 내부 사정에 의해 변경될 수 있습니다.
※ 투자유의종목 지정 기간 내 지정사유 해소 시 투자유의종목 지정 해제가 가능합니다.
※ 거래지원 종료가 결정된 가상자산은 향후 거래서비스 이용 및 기술지원이 어려울 수 있으니, 아래 유의사항을 확인 부탁드립니다.
ㆍ거래지원 종료 가상자산의 빗썸캐시 결제 및 SMS 송금 서비스는 공지일(2022년 4월 22일) 15시 이후부터 지원하지 않습니다.
ㆍ거래지원 종료 시 해당 가상자산의 API 거래지원이 중단되며, 미체결된 모든 주문은 일괄 취소됩니다.
ㆍ출금지원 종료 시점 이전까지 해당 가상자산의 출금을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다. 출금지원 종료 시점까지 가상자산의 출금이 지원되며 해당 프로젝트의 기술적 지원(메인넷, 에어드랍 등)은 중단됩니다.
※ 거래지원 종료된 가상자산에 대한 자세한 문의(거래 서비스 지원하는 타 거래소, 출금 방법 등)는 해당 가상자산의 재단 공식 홈페이지를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

In order to protect our users and to construct a transparent digital asset market, Bithumb is monitoring our listed projects to check listing eligibility.

Bithumb has decided to designate and end transaction support Investment Warning Digital Asset according to the [Bithumb Digital Asset Investment Warning Designation Policy].
Please see below for the details.


■ Designated and End of Transaction Support Investment Warning Digital Asset and Reasons (Investment Warning Designation Policy)

- Designated Investment Warning Digital Asset
ㆍAPIX(APIX)
It is difficult to check the development and business status of the foundation, and due to non-fulfillment of some of the explanatory materials submitted for prior designation of investment warning items and the insufficient management of communication channels, we are checking with the foundation for measures to protect investors.

- End of Transaction Support
ㆍNEM(XEM)
The objective data of the current project cannot be confirmed by the explanatory materials presented by the foundation. In addition, the Foundation's explanation of the reason for the designation of investment warning and future improvement plans are insufficient, and since it does not meet the Bithumb's listing standards, such as lack of liquidity, we decided to terminate the transaction support.

ㆍTime of Deposit Service Suspension: 2022. 04. 22 (Fri) 16:00 (KST)
ㆍAnnouncement Schedule of Extension, Termination of Designation / End of Transaction Support: the third week of May(5/16 ~ 5/20) 

- Schedule for End of Transaction Support
ㆍTransaction(Buy/Sell) End Date: 2022. 05. 09 (Mon) 15:00 (KST)
ㆍWithdrawal End date: 2022. 06. 07 (Tue) 15:00 (KST)


※ This schedule may change due to internal circumstances.
※ Being designated as an “Investment Warning Digital Asset” does not indicate ending transaction support of the project. The designation can be removed when reasons for designation have been resolved. In case when termination of designation or end of transaction support is decided, we will make a separate announcement regarding this matter.
※ Digital Asset, which has been decided to end the transaction support, may be difficult to use the transaction service and technical support in the future, so please check the below notices.
ㆍBithumb Cash payment and SMS remittance service of digital asset that end of transaction support will not be supported after 15:00(KST) on April 22, 2022.
ㆍAll outstanding orders after the end date of deposit and transaction will be canceled collectively.
ㆍAt the end date of transaction(Buy/Sell), API transaction support of the corresponding digital asset will stop.
ㆍPlease complete withdrawal of the relevant digital asset before the end date of withdrawal support. The withdrawal of the digital asset will be supported until the end of withdrawal support and the technical support of the project (mainnet, airdrop, etc.) will be stopped.
※ Please contact the NEM(XEM) foundation to inquire about the withdrawal of according digital assets.
