빗썸 거래지원(상장) 사칭 주의 및 신청 방법 안내

최근 빗썸 및 임직원을 사칭하여 거래지원(상장)을 제안하거나 대가를 유도하는 사례가 발생하고 있습니다.
거래지원 신청, 접수 방법을 다시 한번 안내 드리오니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.



[거래지원 신청]
빗썸은 거래지원 시스템을 통해서만 거래지원 관련 서류를 접수 받습니다.
거래지원 시스템 외 다른 채널로 서류 접수 등을 요구하는 경우 주의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

  • Google Forms, Email 등을 통해 서류 등을 요구하는 경우 주의하십시오.


[커뮤니케이션 채널]
거래지원 관련 공식 커뮤니케이션 채널은 거래지원 시스템과 거래지원 이메일입니다.
빗썸에서 거래지원을 제안하기 위하여 재단/프로젝트의 공개된 다른 채널로 연락할 수 있으나, 이 경우에도 빗썸은 거래지원 시스템으로 신청을 요청하고 해당 시스템을 통해 공식 커뮤니케이션을 진행합니다.

  • 발신자 정보를 위조하는 사례가 있습니다. listing@bithumbcorp.com으로 메일을 수신하였으나 의심스러운 경우, 해당 이메일에 회신하지 마시고 직접 listing@bithumbcorp.com으로 문의하거나 제보 채널로 신고하여 주시기 바랍니다.


[기타 주의사항]
1. 빗썸은 거래지원을 담보로 어떠한 수수료, 비용, 대가를 요구하지 않습니다.
2. 빗썸 거래지원을 원하실 경우 거래지원 시스템을 통해 직접 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 빗썸 사칭 및 사기 사례가 의심될 경우 제보 채널(https://listing.bithumb.com/scam)로 신고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Recently, there was some impersonation of a Bithumb employee to offer listing on Bithumb or asking for a cost regarding listing.
Here are official guidelines for listing on Bithumb, so please check before applying for listing.



[Apply for listing]
Bithumb receives documents only through the listing system.
If anyone asks for documents through other routes, please take caution.

  • Please take caution when asked to submit documents through Google Forms, emails… etc.


[Communication channel]
Only official route to communicate regarding listing is through the listing system and the official listing email.
Bithumb sometimes make contact through other official channels, however, after the official contact made through other routes, Bithumb will ask to apply for listing through the listing system and communicate through the listing system.


  • There were some incidents where sender’s information was faked. If you have received an email by listing@bithumbcorp.com but is suspicious, do not reply. Please contact us through our official email(listing@bithumbcorp.com), or through the Fraud Reporting.


[Other precautions]
1. Bithumb does not ask for any kind of fee, price, or toll for listing.
2. If you want to apply for listing on Bithumb, please use the official listing system.
3. If there are any fraud noticed, please report through the fraud reporting site.(https://listing.bithumb.com/scam)
